How the Site Survey Works
Our doors aren't sold from stock — every door is made to the measurements taken on site. The process runs in four steps, and the survey stage is free.
1. Request
Fill out the form or give us a call. Mentioning the product code of the model you like (e.g. BD-TR70) speeds things up.
2. Site survey
Our team comes to your address, measures the door opening and assesses the installation conditions. It's free and doesn't commit you to anything.
3. Quote
You get a price based on your measurements and your choice of model, finish and lock. Component warranties are listed individually in the quote.
4. Manufacturing and installation
Once you approve, it's built at our factory and installed on site by our own team.

You're welcome to visit our factory
Production takes place at our own factory in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul, and visitors are welcome. The most concrete proof of a manufacturer is the place where it manufactures: the cross-section sample of a door leaf is there, and you can see the steel layers, the core fill and the reinforcement directly. On an installed door you can't inspect any of that — which is why we suggest coming before you decide. Just call to arrange a time.
A factory instead of a showroom
We don't have a separate store; sales come directly from the manufacturer. The reason isn't cost but how the work is done: since doors aren't sold in ready-made sizes, there's no product to stand in a display window and be picked off the shelf. The 600-plus models in the catalog are reviewed by photo and identified by code, while the measurements come from your own entrance. We send samples for finish and color — a color decision can't be made from a screen.
How is the site survey arranged?
Just send us the code of the model you like. Our team comes to your address, measures the width, height and wall thickness of the door opening, and checks whether the opening is level and plumb, what the wall is made of, and the floor and elevator situation. We then prepare a written, itemized quote. The site survey is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Which areas do we serve?
In Istanbul and the surrounding provinces, measurement, production and installation are all handled by our own team. We also complete projects in other provinces across the country; in those cases the scheduling is worked out in the first conversation based on distance. Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a showroom or a store?
We don't have a separate store; we sell straight from the factory. Because our doors are never made in off-the-shelf sizes, there is nothing sitting in a window to pick out. Instead, our factory is open to visitors: you can watch production and see a cut-away sample of a door leaf in person.
Which parts of Istanbul do you serve?
Our factory is in Gaziosmanpaşa, and our own team handles measurement, production and installation throughout Istanbul and the neighboring provinces. We also complete projects in other cities around the country — in that case we work out the schedule according to the distance during the first call.
Do I need an appointment to visit the factory?
Just give us a call. It's better to come while production is running so you can see the process for yourself, which is why we suggest letting us know before you set out.
Do you charge for the site survey?
No. The on-site survey and measurement are free, and they don't commit you to buying anything. Our team measures the door opening, checks the installation conditions and prepares a written, itemized quote.
Can I see a sample?
Yes. We send out samples for the finish and the color — the same RAL code reads differently on different surfaces, so the color can't be chosen from a screen. We also keep a cut-away sample of a door leaf at the factory.
What are your working hours?
You can reach us during business hours on weekdays and Saturdays. Survey appointments can be arranged on weekends as well; for most homeowners the time that works best is a weekday late afternoon or a Saturday. We'll settle on it together over the phone.
What's the fastest way to reach you?
Phone and WhatsApp are the quickest. If you give us the code of the model you like (BD-TR70, TR518 or BY-264, for example), the call goes much faster — the code lets us pull up the size and configuration that door was built in from our records.
