Manufacturing, Delivery and Installation
Our doors are not sold from stock; every door is made to order, to your measurements. Here is how the process works:
1. Enquiry and initial consultation
You fill in the pre-order form on the site or call 0532 689 21 46. Quoting the product code of the model you like (for example BD-TR70) speeds things up.
2. Free site survey
Our team visits your address, measures the door opening, and assesses the installation conditions. The survey is free of charge and carries no obligation.
3. Quotation and approval
A price is quoted based on your dimensions, model, cladding, and glass choices. Once you approve, the order enters our production schedule.
4. Manufacturing
The door is manufactured in our factory to the dimensions and cladding you approved. Lead time varies by model and workload; a firm date is given during the survey.
5. Installation
Installation is carried out by our own fitting team. After installation, we check the door's operation together with you.
Payment
No online payments are taken through the site. Payment is made directly to our company under the terms agreed after the survey.
The process step by step
1. Enquiry and survey appointment
You send us the code of the model you like (for example BD-TR70 or BY-264). A day convenient for your address is arranged. The survey is free and carries no obligation to buy.
2. On-site measurement and quotation
Our team measures the width, height, and wall thickness of the door opening; checks whether the opening is level and plumb; and notes the wall type, floor level, and lift access. A written, itemized quotation is then prepared.
3. Manufacturing
The door is manufactured at our factory in Gaziosmanpaşa to the dimensions, cladding, and lock you approved. Doors are not sold from stock; each one is built for its own entrance. Lead time depends on model and dimensions, and is confirmed at the survey.
4. Installation
Installation is carried out by our own fitting team. Removing the old door, setting the frame level and plumb, fixing it with M8 bolts, and filling the frame-to-wall gap with polyurethane foam are all completed the same day.
Preparing for installation day
Installation takes a few hours, during which the entrance stays open. The following preparations are enough:
- Clear the area in front of the door
- Cover any items that could be affected by dust during removal
- Provide access to a power socket
- In apartment buildings, inform the management and neighbors in advance
- Have someone at home — the handover check is done together
In winter, the heating may need to be switched off for a while during installation; this is not an obstacle, just something to plan for.
What we check together at handover
As soon as installation is finished, we test the door together:
- Is the gap between leaf and frame even all the way around?
- Do the lock bolts enter their strikes without forcing?
- Does the door move on its own when left half open?
- Does the gasket make contact around the full perimeter?
- Have the keys and any cards/codes been handed over?
Any misalignment noticed at this stage is corrected on the spot — better than calling for service later.
Across Turkey
We complete projects in various provinces across the country. In and around Istanbul, measurement, manufacturing, and installation are handled by our own team; for other provinces, logistics are planned during the survey according to distance.
What determines the lead time?
Since doors are not sold from stock, quoting a single delivery time would be misleading. The factors that determine it are:
- Cladding type. Powder coating is the fastest surface to finish; natural wood and iroko cladding need extra days for varnish and lacquer coats to dry.
- Dimensions. Oversized, non-standard leaves require both more labor and a different carrying system.
- Glass and wrought iron. Handcrafted patterns take longer than machine-cut ones.
- Lock and entry system. Adding a card, keypad, or fingerprint system requires preparation before installation.
- Current workload. The production schedule runs in order; a date is given at the survey based on the situation that day.
We take the dates we give seriously, which is why we quote realistic rather than optimistic lead times at the survey.
How does payment work?
There are no online sales or credit card payments through the site. Products are sold on a pre-order basis: a written quotation follows the survey, and once you approve it, the order enters production. Payment terms are stated clearly in the quotation — a deposit is standard for made-to-measure work, because the door is manufactured solely for your entrance.
After installation
At handover, you receive the warranty certificate and the keys. Keep your product code (for example BD-TR70, TR518, BY-264); when service or spare parts are needed, this code lets us look up the exact dimensions and configuration your door was built to.
In the first few months, small shifts may occur as the building settles. If the door starts rubbing or the lock becomes stiff, let us know without delay; the alignment is corrected using the adjustable pivot hinges.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for the site survey?
No. The on-site survey and measurement are free and come with no obligation.
How long does production take?
It depends on the model and how busy the factory is. We will give you a firm date during the site survey.
Can I pay by credit card on the website?
No. Because every door is made to measure, we do not sell or take online payments through the website; payment is made on the terms agreed after the site survey.
Is installation included in the price?
Yes. Our own installation team fits the door and this is included in the quote. Removing your old door is also assessed during the survey and itemised in the quote.
How long does installation take?
A standard flat entrance door takes a few hours. Building entrance doors and large villa doors can take longer; how difficult the old door is to remove and the condition of the wall both affect the time.
Will the wall be damaged during installation?
Removing the old frame inevitably causes some damage to the wall; we clean up and straighten the edges of the opening. Repairing the plaster and paintwork is a separate job and is discussed during the survey.
I live in another city. Do you deliver?
Yes, we complete projects in provinces all over Turkey. Measurement, production and installation work exactly the same way; the schedule is set during the survey according to the distance.
How does payment work?
There is no online sale or credit card payment through the website. After the site survey we give you a written quote, and the payment terms are set out clearly in it. A deposit is standard for made-to-measure production.
Is the delivery date firm?
The date given at the survey is based on our production schedule and we take meeting it seriously. That is why we quote realistic rather than optimistic timeframes; the type of finish and the dimensions are what affect the schedule most.
Do I get to choose the installation day?
Yes. Once production is finished we ask which day suits you. In apartment buildings the entrance will be open for a while, so agreeing a time with the building management makes the job easier.
