About Us

Bayrakdoor Steel Doors is a manufacturer producing steel doors at its own factory in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul. We are not a middleman: we build the door, we install it, and we service it afterwards.

What we make

We have four main product groups:

• Villa steel doors — for detached homes and villa entrances
• Building entrance doors — for apartment buildings and residential complexes
• Pivot steel doors — for wide openings and high-ceilinged entrances
• Flat entrance doors — for apartment interiors

How we work

Our doors have no standard sizes. Every order goes through these steps:

1. Site survey. Our team visits your address and measures the door opening. The survey is free of charge.
2. Model and cladding selection. You choose a model from the catalog and decide on the cladding color and glass pattern.
3. Production. The door is manufactured at our factory to the dimensions and finish you approved.
4. Installation. Our own installation team fits the door on site.

Materials and standards

Technical features shared by all our models:

• Frame and leaf in Ereğli A1-grade DKP sheet steel: 2 mm frame, leaf faced with 1.5 + 1.5 mm on both sides. The body is press-formed as a monoblock pan, and the lock zone is reinforced with 3 mm sheet steel; it is this body construction — not the cladding — that determines the door's strength.
• Mottura / Mul-T-Lock lock systems, backed by our unlimited manufacturing warranty.
• Glazed models fitted with Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass.
• Cladding options: compact laminate, composite, marine plywood or wood.
• Grade 304 stainless steel kick plates and glazing beads on villa and building entrance doors.

Our warranty on manufacturing defects is unlimited; service and spare-parts support continues even after the warranty period ends.

Founder and trademark

The company was founded by Erdi Yavuz. We have more than 20 years of experience in steel door manufacturing. Over 1,000 projects have been completed across Turkey, along with projects carried out abroad.

Why made-to-measure?

When an off-the-shelf door doesn't fit the opening exactly, the gap gets papered over with foam and cover profiles. The consequences show up in three places: insulation escapes through that gap, the frame doesn't grip the wall directly so resistance to forcing drops, and the profiles separate over time and need repair.

That is why we don't sell standard sizes. Every door is cut and press-formed to measurements taken on site, so the frame grips the opening precisely; the 1 cm allowance we leave is deliberate — filled with polyurethane, it absorbs movement from the building settling and breaks the thermal and acoustic bridge.

From production to installation, one company

Most places that sell doors are not manufacturers. Buying through a dealer stretches the chain: you, the dealer, the manufacturer, and often a subcontracted installation crew. When a measurement is wrong, a delivery is late or a defect appears, every link can point at the next.

With us, the company that takes the measurements, builds the door and installs it is one and the same. If a measurement is taken incorrectly, the responsibility is ours; when service is needed, the parts are already on our production line. More than price, this is a question of who you can hold accountable.

The most tangible proof of a manufacturer is the place where it manufactures. You can visit our factory at any time and see for yourself the conditions your door is built under; just call for an appointment. When collecting quotes, we suggest asking other companies the same question — for a genuine manufacturer, it is a perfectly ordinary request.

What we don't do

Being honest matters as much as describing what we do. There is no online sales or credit-card payment on this site; products are sold on a pre-order basis. We don't sell standard-size doors. We don't make interior room doors, furniture or panel doors. We don't publish a price list on the site — because every door is built to the entrance it was measured for, and there is no single figure to quote.

The difference between making a door and selling one

Most sellers in the steel door business are not manufacturers. The distinction is invisible in the showroom; it only surfaces when something goes wrong. When a measurement is taken incorrectly, a delivery runs late, or a part is needed years down the line, who you can turn to becomes decisive.

Being a manufacturer has concrete consequences: requests for non-catalog sizes and designs can be answered directly, orders go straight into the production schedule with no intermediaries, spare parts are already on the line, and the factory is open to visitors.

Why does the product code matter?

Every model in the catalog has a code (for example BD-TR70, TR518, BY-264). The code isn't just for ordering — it stays with the door for life: the dimensions, cladding and lock system it was built with are all held in our records under that code.

Years later, when a gasket, cylinder or handle needs replacing, quoting the code is all it takes. That is why we recommend keeping it together with your delivery document.
