Production, Certifications and Trademark
Bayrakdoor Steel Doors is a manufacturer. We are not a middleman or a dealer: doors are produced at our own factory in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul, installed by our own team, and serviced by us as well.
Who makes the doors?
Bayrakdoor Steel Doors was founded by Erdi Yavuz. Our experience in the industry spans more than 20 years; over that time we have completed over 1,000 projects across Turkey, along with projects abroad.
When buying a steel door, it matters whether you are dealing with a manufacturer or a middleman; it determines who you turn to when there is a measurement error, a delay or a service need. With us, production, installation and service all belong to the same company.
Trademark registration
The Bayrakdoor Çelik Kapı trademark is registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office under number 2021/143545. Registration date: 12.10.2021; trademark owner: Erdi Yavuz. The registration is valid in class 06, covering metal building materials, and class 20, covering joinery products.
This number can be verified in the public trademark records of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. The doors we make are produced and sold under this trademark.
Our certifications
We hold the documents required for our manufacturing operations. We share copies during or before the site survey on request — call 0532 689 21 46 to ask for them.
You can see the factory
The most concrete proof of a manufacturer is the place where it manufactures. You are welcome to visit our factory at any time and see for yourself the conditions your door is built under. Just call for an appointment.
Our production standard
The technical standard we apply across all models:
| Frame | Ereğli A1 grade 2 mm sheet steel, omega-bent |
|---|---|
| Leaf | 1.5 + 1.5 mm omega-bent, monoblock-reinforced pan system |
| Reinforcement | 3 mm at the lock and hinge zones |
| Leaf thickness | Bare metal 70 mm — 90 mm total |
| Infill | 80 kg/m³ rock wool |
| Lock | Italian Mottura or Mul-T-Lock (optional hook-bolt, monoblock or central) |
| Hardware | First-grade 304 stainless steel or 316 Häfele stainless brass |
| Finish | Akzo Nobel |
| Warranty | unlimited manufacturing warranty — component warranties apply separately |
Why do we publish these details?
Comparing steel doors is hard; most sellers rely on unmeasurable phrases like "secure" or "first-class". We state the type, thickness and brand of every material we use, so you can compare our quote against any other, line by line.

Lines to check when comparing quotes
The reason we publish our production standard in this much detail is simple: steel door quotes usually arrive in a form that cannot be compared. Phrases like "first-class material" or "security lock" carry no measurable information. If the lines below are not spelled out, two quotes are not describing the same thing:
| Sheet grade and thickness | How many mm for the frame, how many + how many mm for the leaf, and which grade |
|---|---|
| Body construction | Whether the leaf is bent from a single piece — monoblock or assembled |
| Reinforcement | How many mm of sheet or angle at the lock and hinge zones |
| Infill | Material name and density (kg/m³) |
| Lock | Brand, model and number of locking points |
| Fixed pins | How many on the hinge side, and their diameter in mm |
| Gasket | How many sides it runs around on the frame and the leaf |
| Glass | Laminated or not, how many + how many mm, which brand |
| Installation | Included in the price or not, removal included or not |
| Warranty | What is covered and for how long, item by item |
Why don't we claim an RC class?
The EN 1627 standard used across Europe classifies doors from RC1 to RC6. For a door to claim one of these classes, it must be tested in an accredited laboratory in a specific configuration; the test is valid for that configuration only.
We do not state any RC class on this site that is not backed by a test report. Instead, we spell out every item that goes into the door — so you can compare, and ask any company claiming a class to show its test report. A class claim without documentation is a marketing statement.
Requesting documents
We hold the documents required for our manufacturing operations. We share copies during or before the site survey; call 0532 689 21 46 to request them.
Where each material comes from
A door's quality comes not from any single item but from the sum of the materials used. That is why we state the brand and grade of what we use — "first-class" carries no information; a brand name does.
| Sheet steel | Ereğli A1 grade DKP — a grade with controlled thickness tolerance and surface flatness |
|---|---|
| Infill | 80 kg/m³ rock wool — does not sag and does not burn |
| Lock | Italian Mottura or Mul-T-Lock |
| Glass | Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated |
| Surface | 10 mm Camsan first-grade ireko |
| Finish | Akzo Nobel |
| Hardware | 304 stainless steel or 316 Häfele stainless brass |
Each of these lines also appears in your quote, so you can compare it line by line with quotes from other companies.
Production can be seen on site
Our factory is in Gaziosmanpaşa and open to visitors. A leaf cross-section sample is kept there: the sheet layers, infill and reinforcement can be seen directly. On an installed door, none of this is visible — which is why we recommend seeing the sample before you decide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Bayrakdoor a manufacturer or a dealer?
We are a manufacturer. Our doors are made in our own factory in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul, and installed by our own team.
Can I see your certification?
Yes. We hold the certification required for manufacturing and share it whenever it is requested. Just ask on 0532 689 21 46.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Book an appointment and you can visit our factory to see the production process and the materials we use for yourself.
Where can I verify your trademark registration number?
Through the public trademark records of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu). The registration number is 2021/143545 and the registration date is 12.10.2021.
Can I see a cross-section of the door?
Yes, we keep a cut-away sample of the leaf at the factory. The steel layers, the core fill and the reinforcement can all be seen directly there, and none of them is visible on an installed door.
Do you make doors with an RC burglar resistance rating?
We do not state a rating on this site that is not backed by a test report. If a project has a specific requirement, we discuss it during the site survey; every technical component that makes up the door is already set out openly.
Which brand of lock do you use?
Italian-made Mottura, or Mul-T-Lock. The type of system (hook bolt, monoblock or central) is chosen according to the size of the door and what you ask for; card, keypad or fingerprint access can be added on request.
Does the quote name the brands of the materials used?
Yes, the quote is broken down item by item: the grade and thickness of the steel, the density of the core fill, the lock brand, the glass type and the accessory class are all listed separately.
How can I see a sample?
We keep a cut-away sample of the leaf at the factory, so book an appointment and come and see it. We also send out samples of finishes and colors, because a color decision cannot be made from a screen.
