The clean-lined walnut pivot steel door, code TR334, is produced as a black-framed walnut pivot leaf with narrow frosted glass strips on both sides. It is not sold in stock sizes; your entrance is measured on site and the leaf is manufactured to that exact measurement. The finish shown in the photo is walnut cladding.

Product Code: TR334

Leaf and Glazing Layout

The model is configured as a pivot single leaf with twin narrow frosted panes. The surface is a flat, grained face. The surface is finished in walnut.

The glazing takes the form of narrow frosted glass strips on both sides. A long black vertical handle was chosen for this model. The finish in the image is the catalog selection — a different surface can be chosen from our cladding options.

Its design language is defined as modern pivot.

Suitable Entrances

It is generally used in hotel and showroom entrances and wide-fronted detached houses. The single-leaf layout adapts directly to conventional door openings. Since the load rests on the floor rather than on hinges, the leaf can be far wider and thicker. Because it needs swing clearance, it does not suit narrow entrances that open directly onto stairs; the conditions are listed on our when to choose a pivot door page.

From Measurement to Installation

We take the measurements during the survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on our how to measure page. You will find this model's frame, leaf and lock values in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages detail the options. Maintenance steps that extend the door's life are on the care and lifespan page, and the coverage itself on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the TR334 model cost?

The price cannot be quoted before measuring. The opening's dimensions and your cladding, glass and lock choices directly affect the total; the survey is free and is followed by an itemized quote. See steel door prices for details.

Can the TR334 be produced in a different color?

It can be done. Walnut is only the finish photographed, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on our cladding options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in different colors and patterns, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. A glassless version is also possible.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

Our survey team measures on site. If you would still like to know the process, our how to measure page explains the three points we measure from.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
