Horizontal frosted glass strips on a dark walnut body, with divided frosted panels at the sides. It appears in the catalogue under code TR319. It is not sold in standard sizes; your entrance is measured on site and the leaf is built to that measurement. The catalogue finish is in a dark walnut tone.

Product Code: TR319

Leaf and Glass Layout

The leaf structure is a pivot single leaf with twin side panels. The leaf surface is worked as alternating strips of glass and wood. The finish is in a dark walnut tone.

The glass layout is resolved as horizontal frosted glass strips. A long stainless steel handle is used. Colour, pattern and handle choices can be adapted to your project; the options are compared on the cladding options page.

The design language is best described as modern pivot.

Which Entrances Does It Suit?

Wide-fronted detached homes and villa entrances are this model's typical settings. Because the side sections widen the opening, it suits wide-fronted entrances rather than narrow ones; it also brings daylight into the hall. The leaf turns on bearings set into the floor and the head of the frame; which makes sizes possible that hinges could never carry. In return, it needs swing clearance in front of and behind the door. The when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances are suitable.

Production and Installation

We take the measurements during the on-site survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how to measure page. You can find this model's frame, leaf and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages detail the options. The care steps that extend the door's service life are on the care and lifespan page, and coverage details are on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of TR319 determined?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the amount varies with the dimensions, the cladding and the lock you choose. After the survey we send a written, itemized quote. The cost items are detailed on the steel door prices page.

Can I have this model in a colour other than dark walnut?

Yes. The dark walnut finish shown is this model's catalogue selection; it can be produced in different colours with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We compare the alternatives on the cladding options page.

Can the glass on TR319 be changed?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalogue finish; it can be produced in a different colour or pattern, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. It can also be produced without glass.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is required on your part. Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is explained on the how to measure page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
