This pivot steel door model carries the code TR337: a horizontal-slat light-wood pivot leaf with a full-height vertical handle. Production starts only after an order is placed: an on-site survey comes first, and the leaf is then manufactured to fit the door opening. The catalog finish is a light wood tone.

Product Code: TR337

Pattern and Color

The panel structure is a single pivot leaf. The panel features horizontal slats. The finish is a light wood tone.

The model features a long vertical handle. The finish shown is simply the catalog's default — a different finish can be chosen from the finish options.

The design language is best described as modern pivot.

Which Entrance Is It Suited For?

It's primarily chosen for wide-frontage detached houses and hotel and showroom entrances. The single-leaf layout adapts directly to standard door openings. Since the load rests on the floor rather than the hinges, the leaf can be considerably wider and thicker. It needs clearance to swing, so it isn't suitable for narrow entrances that open directly onto a staircase; the conditions are listed on the when a pivot door makes sense page.

Production and Installation Process

Production starts with an on-site measurement. How the measurement is taken from the door opening is covered on the how we take the measurement page; material choices are covered on the galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are in the table below. The maintenance steps that extend the door's lifespan are on the maintenance and lifespan page, and the coverage details are on the warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the price of the TR337 model?

We don't publish a list price, because every door is built to measure. The final amount depends on the size of the door opening, the finish, glass, and lock you choose. After a free on-site survey, we provide a written, itemized quote — we explain what drives the price on the steel door prices page.

Can the color of the TR337 door be changed?

It can be. Light wood is simply the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on the finish options page.

How does the measurement stage work when ordering TR337?

We take the measurement during the site survey — no action is needed from you. It's the door opening that's measured, not the existing leaf; we've explained the method on the how we take the measurement page.

How can I order the TR337 model?

You can fill out the pre-order form on the site, or call us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the TR337 product code in your request speeds things up. You can browse other models on the pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
