This pivot steel door model carries the code TR318: a reddish-wood pivot leaf set in a stone facade, with horizontal stainless bands and divided side glazing. There's no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey, and production follows that measurement. The photo shows a reddish-wood finish.
Product Code: TR318
Surface and Glass Panels
The model is configured as a single pivot leaf with divided side glazing. The surface treatment takes the form of horizontal stainless bands. The color applied is reddish wood.
The glazing takes the form of small, divided glass panels on both sides. It's finished with a long stainless handle. Cladding and hardware aren't fixed; it can be produced with the alternatives on our cladding options page.
The design language is described as modern pivot.
Where Is It Used?
It's chosen primarily for hotel/showroom entrances and office/plaza entrances. Thanks to the side sections, wide door openings are covered by a single, unified design. Because the load rests on the floor rather than on hinges, the leaf can be considerably wider and thicker. Because it needs room to swing, it isn't suited to narrow entrances that open directly onto a staircase — the conditions are laid out on our when to choose a pivot door page.
From Measurement to Installation
Production starts with an on-site measurement. How the door opening is measured is covered on our how measurements are taken page; material choices are compared on our galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are in the table below. After installation, our care and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does TR318 cost?
We can't quote a price before measuring. The size of the door opening, along with the cladding, glass and lock you choose, directly affects the amount; the survey is free, and an itemized quote follows. See our steel door prices page for details.
Can TR318 be made in a different color?
It can be. Reddish wood is simply the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed choice — you can pick from the alternatives on our cladding options page.
Can the glass pattern be different?
Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in a different color and pattern as long as Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. A version without glass is also possible.
How is the measurement taken for TR318?
Measuring is our job. We measure the clear width and height of the door opening from the finished floor, plus the wall thickness; details are on our how measurements are taken page.
How do I get a quote for TR318?

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
