Horizontal white stripes over a redwood pivot leaf, with partitioned frosted glass on both sides. It appears in our catalog under the code TR354. It is manufactured to custom measurements — whatever the width and height of your entrance, the leaf is built to match. The photo shows the redwood finish.

Product Code: TR354

Surface and Glass Panel

It is produced as a single pivot leaf with double-partitioned side glass. The surface finish takes the form of horizontal white stripes. The surface is finished in redwood.

The model has partitioned frosted glass on both sides. A long stainless steel handle is used. The finish shown is the catalog default — a different finish can be chosen from our coating options.

The design language is best described as modern pivot.

Suitable Entrances

It is chosen mainly for office and plaza entrances as well as hotel and showroom entrances. It is designed for wide openings: the side sections both fill the width and bring extra light into the entrance. The leaf pivots on bearings set into the floor and the top frame, which makes sizes impossible to carry on hinges achievable. In return, it needs clearance to swing in front of and behind the door. The when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances suit it.

From Measurement to Installation

The measurement is taken from the door opening, not from an existing leaf; we've written out the step-by-step method on our how measurements are taken page. The frame, sheet-metal thickness, filling, and lock specifications are listed in the table below. The choice of steel sheet is compared on our galvanized vs. DKP steel page, and lock alternatives on our lock systems page. The maintenance steps that extend the door's lifespan are on our maintenance and lifespan page, and coverage details are on our warranty and service page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price determined for TR354?

There is no fixed price — since every leaf is made to measure, the cost depends on the size, the finish, and the lock you choose. After the site survey, we provide a detailed written quote. We break down the cost items on our steel door prices page.

Can TR354 be produced in a different color?

Yes, it can. Redwood is simply the finish shown in the photo, not a fixed option — you can choose from the alternatives on our coating options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; using Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. A version without glass is also possible.

Do I need to take the measurement myself?

No — our survey team takes the measurement on site. If you'd still like to understand the process, we explain the three key measurement points on our how measurements are taken page.

How do I get a quote for TR354?

You can fill out the pre-order form on our site or call us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the TR354 product code speeds up the process. You can browse other pivot steel door models on our pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
