A stainless-framed coffee brown wood pivot leaf set in a stone facade — that is what sets this pivot steel door, code TR324, apart. There is no standard size — the door opening is measured during the survey and production follows that measurement. The catalog finish is a coffee brown wood tone.
Product Code: TR324
Leaf and Glazing Layout
The leaf structure is a pivot single leaf. The leaf surface is worked as a flat face with a stainless steel frame. The finish is a coffee brown wood tone.
The model features side glazing. The handle is a horizontal stainless steel pull. Color, pattern and handle choices can be tailored to your project; the cladding options page compares what is available.
Its design language is defined as modern pivot.
Which Entrances Suit This Model?
It is generally used in wide-fronted detached houses and villa entrances. Its single-leaf configuration suits entrances of standard width. Since the load rests on the floor rather than on hinges, the leaf can be far wider and thicker. Because it needs swing clearance, it does not suit narrow entrances that open directly onto stairs; the conditions are listed on our when to choose a pivot door page.
Production and Installation Process
Production starts with measurements taken on site. How the opening is measured is covered on our how to measure page; material choices on the galvanized or DKP sheet steel and lock systems pages. The technical values for this model are in the table below. After delivery, our warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for keeping the surface protected.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the TR324?
The price cannot be quoted before measuring. The opening's dimensions and your cladding, glass and lock choices directly affect the total; the survey is free and is followed by an itemized quote. See steel door prices for details.
Can I order this model in a color other than coffee brown wood?
Yes. The coffee brown wood finish in the image is this model's catalog selection; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We compare them on our cladding options page.
Can the glass in the TR324 be changed?
Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; it can be produced in different colors and patterns, provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used. A glassless version is also possible.
How does the measuring stage work when ordering the TR324?
We take the measurements during the survey; nothing is required from you. Measurements come from the door opening, not the existing leaf — the method is described on our how to measure page.
How can I order the TR324 model?

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom villa door?
Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.
How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?
Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.
What measurements do you need to quote?
The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.
Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?
Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.
Who installs the door at the destination?
Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.
What export documents travel with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
