The vertical slat light wood pivot steel door coded TR305 is built as a light-toned pivot leaf whose vertical wood slats create a lattice effect. Like every door we make, this model is produced to measure; no leaf is supplied from stock. The finish in the photo is light wood cladding.

Product Code: TR305

Wrought Iron Work and Leaf

It is produced as a single pivot leaf. The surface carries a vertical slat (lattice) texture. The surface is finished in light wood.

It is completed with a long wooden handle. Cladding and hardware are not fixed; the door can be produced with any of the alternatives on the cladding options page.

The design language is modern pivot.

Suitable Entrances

It is typically used in office and plaza entrance and hotel and showroom entrance projects. Its single-leaf layout fits entrances of standard width. The leaf turns on bearings set into the floor and the head of the frame, which makes sizes possible that hinges could never carry. In return, it needs swing clearance in front of and behind the door. The when to choose a pivot door page explains which entrances are suitable.

From Measurement to Installation

We take the measurements during the site survey — based on the door opening, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how doors are measured page. You will find this model's frame, leaf, and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages cover the options in detail. After delivery, warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for protecting the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the price of model TR305?

We cannot quote a price before taking measurements. The size of the door opening and your choice of cladding, glass, and lock directly affect the total; the site survey is free, and an itemized quote follows. See steel door prices for details.

Can I have this model in a color other than light wood?

Yes — the color is not fixed. The catalog shows light wood, but the cladding is decided per project; on the cladding options page we cover which surface works best where.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

We take the measurements during the site survey; nothing is required on your part. Measurements are taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we explain the method on the how doors are measured page.

How do I get a quote for TR305?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
