This pivot steel door carries code TR327: a red wood pivot with alternating wood slats and glass strips. Production begins after your order: an on-site survey comes first, and the leaf is then built to fit the door opening. The finish in the photo is red wood.

Product Code: TR327

Surface and Glazing

The model is configured as a single pivot leaf. The surface features alternating wood slats and glass strips. The color applied is red wood.

The glazing is arranged as horizontal glass strips. A recessed handle is used. Color, pattern and handle can all be adapted to your project; the cladding options page compares the alternatives.

The design language is defined as modern pivot.

Where Is It Used?

Hotel and showroom entrances and villa entrances are this model's typical settings. The single-leaf layout suits entrances of standard width. Because the weight rests on the floor rather than on hinges, the leaf can be far wider and thicker. Since it requires swing clearance, it is not suited to narrow entrances that open directly onto a staircase; the conditions are listed on the when to choose a pivot door page.

From Measurement to Installation

We take the measurements during the survey — the door opening is the reference, not the existing leaf; the method is explained on the how measurements are taken page. You will find this model's frame, leaf and lock specifications in the table below; the lock systems and galvanized or DKP sheet steel pages detail the options. After delivery, warranty and service coverage applies; see the care and lifespan page for protecting the finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the TR327?

We do not publish a list price, because each door is made to measure. The total is set by the size of the door opening and the cladding, glass and lock you select. After a free survey we provide a written quote broken down line by line; what moves the price is explained on the steel door prices page.

Can the color of the TR327 be changed?

Yes. The red wood finish in the image is this model's catalog choice; it can be produced in other colors with compact laminate, composite, marine plywood and wood veneer options. We compare them on the cladding options page.

Can the glass pattern be different?

Yes. The glass shown is this model's catalog finish; provided Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass is used, it can be produced in different colors and patterns. It can also be made without glass.

Do I need to take the measurements myself?

Our survey team measures on site. If you would still like to know the process, the how measurements are taken page explains the three points we measure.

How do I get a quote for the TR327?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
