TR341 is a pivot steel door model distinguished by its horizontal-lamella walnut leaf and a curved, organic handle that wraps around the body. Production begins once the order is placed: an on-site survey comes first, and the leaf is then manufactured to fit that door opening. The finish shown in the photo is walnut cladding.

Product Code: TR341

Leaf Surface

The model is configured as a single pivot leaf. The surface features horizontal lamellas. The color applied is walnut.

It's finished with a curved, organic stainless handle. The finish shown is the catalog choice — a different cladding can be selected from our cladding options.

The design language is described as designer pivot.

Where Is It Used?

It's most often used in hotel/showroom-entrance and office/plaza-entrance projects. The one-piece leaf presents an unbroken surface when viewed from outside. Because the load rests on the floor rather than on hinges, the leaf can be considerably wider and thicker. Because it needs room to swing, it isn't suited to narrow entrances that open directly onto a staircase — the conditions are laid out on our when to choose a pivot door page.

Production and Installation Process

Production starts with an on-site measurement. How the door opening is measured is covered on our how measurements are taken page; material choices are compared on our galvanized vs. cold-rolled steel and lock systems pages. The technical specifications for this model are in the table below. After installation, our care and lifespan and warranty and service terms apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price determined for TR341?

We can't quote a price before measuring. The size of the door opening, along with the cladding, glass and lock you choose, directly affects the amount; the survey is free, and an itemized quote follows. See our steel door prices page for details.

Can I have this model made in a color other than walnut?

Yes, the color isn't fixed. The catalog shows walnut, but the cladding is chosen to suit the project; we've written up which finish works best where on our cladding options page.

How does the measuring stage work when ordering TR341?

We take the measurement during the survey; nothing is expected of you. The measurement is taken from the door opening, not the existing leaf — we've explained the method on our how measurements are taken page.

How do I get a quote for TR341?

You can fill out the pre-order form on the site, or reach us at 0532 689 21 46. Mentioning the TR341 product code in your request speeds up the process. You can browse other pivot steel door models on our pivot steel door models page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a custom villa door?

Production takes 20-25 days from the day the specification is approved. Custom detailing — carved cladding, oversized leaves, special glass — can extend that, and we confirm the date in writing before starting. Ocean freight time to the destination port is added on top.

How are steel doors packaged for sea freight export?

Each door is crated in a wooden case built to its own dimensions, with edge protection and corner blocks, then strapped to prevent movement inside the container. Full container loading is used for project quantities; single doors and small orders ship as groupage cargo.

What measurements do you need to quote?

The width, height and wall thickness of the rough opening, in millimetres or in inches — whichever your drawings use. Photographs of the opening from inside and outside help us confirm the swing direction and the frame detail. No site visit is needed.

Can you manufacture to imperial (inch) dimensions?

Yes. An opening given as 36 x 80 inches is manufactured to that dimension directly. Nothing is converted to a nearest metric size and rounded, so the door arrives at the size your drawing specifies.

Who installs the door at the destination?

Your own contractor. Every shipment includes an installation drawing and the frame fixing set, and the frame is designed to be set into the opening without special tooling.

What export documents travel with the shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus whatever else the customs broker at the destination requires. Documentation is prepared before the container leaves the factory.
