How are the models in the catalog grouped?
There are four groups, and the split comes from how each door is used rather than how it looks: a villa steel door faces the open air, a building entrance door opens hundreds of times a day, a flat entrance door opens onto a heated corridor, and a pivot door transfers its weight to floor and ceiling bearings instead of hinges. The body standard is identical across all four; what changes is the profile, the gasket layout, the closing system and the choice of cladding.
Is every model in the catalog made to measure?
Yes. Not one model in the catalog comes in a fixed size. The model you pick sets the surface design, while the dimensions come from your own door opening. We do not sell ready-made sizes, because when a door does not fit the opening exactly the gap gets filled with foam, and that spot becomes the weakest point for both insulation and security.
What is the product code for?
Every model has a code: BD-TR70, TR518, C-TR709, BY-264 and so on. The code is not only for ordering; it follows the door for its entire life. Our records show, under that code, what size it was built to, which cladding it carries and which locking system went into it. Years later, when a gasket or cylinder needs replacing, telling us the code is all it takes.
Do color and cladding limit which model I can choose?
No. The color shown in the catalog is simply one example of how that model can be finished, and cladding and color are chosen independently of the model. Any color on the RAL chart can be applied in powder coating. The only real constraint comes from the climate: on a facade exposed to direct rain and sun we recommend composite or compact laminate rather than solid wood.
The technical standard shared by every model
The frame is 2 mm Ereğli A1-grade cold-rolled sheet steel, and the leaf is a 1.5 + 1.5 mm omega-folded monoblock pan system with a total leaf thickness of 90 mm. The core fill is 80 kg/m³ rock wool, with the lock and hinge areas reinforced at 3 mm. The lock is Italian Mottura or Mul-T-Lock, and glazed models use Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass. In other words, the model you choose never costs you strength.
How should I use the filters?
You can combine the design style, color and leaf configuration filters. The order that works best in practice is this: choose the door type first, then the leaf configuration (single or double leaf), and leave color and design for last. If you cannot find the model you are after, just send us the product code or a photo, since we also produce designs outside the catalog on a project basis.
Having trouble deciding?
We explain what determines the price in our price guide, the things to weigh up in how to choose a steel door , and how measurements are taken in the measurement guide .
Frequently Asked Questions
How should I choose between the steel door models?
Start with the door type: villa entrance, apartment building entrance, flat door or pivot. Next, settle the body standard, because sheet thickness, reinforcement, core-fill density and lock class are not open to compromise. Design, color and cladding come last, and none of them affect durability.
Can you produce a model that is not in the catalog?
Yes. Since we manufacture in our own factory, we are glad to look at project-based designs. Send us a drawing or a reference image and we will go through it together, both whether the design can be produced and what it means for the body construction.
Are the models kept in stock?
No, nothing is held in stock. Doors are made to order, so being 'out of stock' is not something that happens here. Production time varies with the model, the size and the cladding, and it is confirmed during the free site survey.
Why are no prices listed?
Because we do not sell ready-made sizes, there is no single price to quote. The total depends on the size of the door opening, the type of cladding, the locking system, the glazing and the installation conditions. We have set out exactly what goes into the price, item by item, in our pricing guide, and after the free site survey you receive a written quotation.
How do I order the model I like?
Note the model code and send it to us through the pre-order form or over the phone. Our team comes to the address, measures the door opening and sees the installation conditions first-hand, then prepares a written quotation broken down item by item. The site survey is free and puts you under no obligation.
How many different steel door models are there?
The catalog holds more than 600 models, divided into villa steel doors, building entrance doors, flat entrance doors and pivot steel doors. All of them are built to the same body standard and made to measure.
