The lock and hinge areas are reinforced to 3 mm, and the lock itself is an Italian Mottura or Mul-T-Lock unit.
The annual temperature swing in Ankara is around 45 degrees, and metal moves across that range. We set the leaf-to-frame clearance with that expansion in mind, which is why a door measured here does not bind in July and gap in January.

We use compact laminate, composite and marine plywood claddings that hold up outdoors, 304-grade stainless hardware as standard, and Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass in glazed models.

A pivot door carries its weight on floor and ceiling bearings instead of hinges, which is what makes sizes above 1.2 m and leaf weights past 200 kg possible. The bearing set is the critical component: we use a load-rated pivot system, and the floor bearing is positioned against the structural slab during installation, not into the screed.
Pivot doors are mostly specified in the villa developments around Çayyolu, Gölbaşı and İncek. A wide leaf expands more in absolute terms, so the clearance calculation matters more on a pivot door than on a standard leaf.

My flat entrance door binds in summer and opens easily in winter. Why?
Thermal expansion. In summer heat the leaf grows by a few millimeters. The right answer is not to force the door but to reposition the leaf inside the frame by adjusting the hinges; if the manufacturing tolerance was right to begin with, the problem never appears at all.
How many doors can you produce at once for a building entrance?
The building entrance door and all the flat entrance doors can be produced in the same run, in the same color and with the same hardware. A single batch is also better for color consistency.
