In the Çorlu–Çerkezköy corridor most of the work is building and flat entrance doors for new housing built alongside the industry. There the paint sequence decides the outcome: in a sulfur-rich atmosphere a shortened finish dulls within two years, so we run phosphate, primer and powder coating in full.

An exterior door faces rain, sun and the day-to-night temperature swing head-on, so the cladding decision matters more than anything else. We use compact laminate, composite and marine plywood claddings that hold up outdoors, 304-grade stainless hardware as standard, and Şişecam 5+5 mm laminated glass in glazed models.
On the Şarköy and Marmaraereğlisi coast the villa door meets salt and wind together. We specify stainless hardware, a cladding that can be washed with fresh water, and a double gasket line — the northerly wind drives rain at a pressure a single gasket cannot hold.
